You must use the service lawfully and provide accurate information when creating an account or completing a purchase. You are responsible for activity associated with your account and for keeping access credentials secure.

You may not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape protected areas, misuse assessment content, or use TalentRank to make unlawful or discriminatory decisions about another person.

Assessment and Report Limitations

TalentRank provides educational information for self-reflection, career exploration, and personal development. Results are estimates based on the information and responses supplied and should not be treated as medical, psychological, legal, financial, or employment advice.

No assessment can capture every aspect of a person. Important education, hiring, treatment, or career decisions should use multiple sources of information and qualified professional judgment where appropriate.

Purchases and Access

Prices, included features, billing frequency, and any refund terms are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. Paid access may be limited to the products, reports, or subscription period described at purchase.

Intellectual Property

TalentRank and its licensors own the service, software, branding, assessment materials, report presentation, and original content. You may use a purchased or generated report for your personal use, but may not resell, reproduce, or create competing products from protected materials without permission.

Availability and Liability

We work to keep the service available and accurate, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every result will meet a particular expectation. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, TalentRank is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service or reliance on an assessment result.

Changes and Termination

We may update the service or these terms as features and legal requirements change. We may suspend access when these terms are violated, the service is threatened, or the law requires it.
